Our house is a stone mill built in 1789, the year of the French Revolution. The vocation of a mill is to serve as a bridge between the toil of nature—wheat, olives, and water—and that of humans. The heart of our hospitality is to act as a bridge between an ordinary life and a slower one, fairer, closer to the rhythms of nature, a space that reprograms us between work and rest, between moments of joy of being together and moments of contemplation.
This is the spirit of life at Mulini Venturi.
