The document from the Rimini’s State Archive dates the building of the mill in 1789.
The mill was operating until 1953 then, with the advent of the tourism in the Riviera a lot of country dwelleres left their land to move to the beach.
We bought it in 2003 and it was restored with natural material and brought back to its ancient look and glory.
